Yes, TradingPilot is completely free for traders. You can browse firms, compare challenges, read reviews, and access all tools without paying anything.

We earn commissions through affiliate partnerships with some prop firms. This never affects our rankings or reviews — firms are ranked solely by user reviews and TP scores.

Firms are ranked by their TP Score, which is the average of all approved user reviews. Each review rates a firm across five categories: trading conditions, platform quality, customer support, payout reliability, and value for money. The overall score is the average of these categories.

Any registered user can submit one review per firm. Reviews are moderated before they go live to ensure quality and prevent spam. Each review includes ratings across five categories plus written pros, cons, and a detailed body.

No. Rankings are 100% based on user reviews. Firms cannot pay to improve their TP Score or position. Featured listings are clearly labeled and do not affect ranking order.

Featured firms have a partnership with TradingPilot. This gives them a highlighted listing and badge, but does not affect their TP Score or ranking position. Featured status is always clearly indicated.

Trader Favorites is a monthly voting system where traders can vote for their favorite prop firms. You get 3 votes per month, and votes reset at the start of each month. It's a way to show support for firms you trust.

Some firms create exclusive offers only available to traders who voted for them. After voting for a firm that has a voter-exclusive offer, you can claim it from your profile page under the Voter Rewards section.

Yes, you can remove a vote at any time during the month and use it on a different firm. You can manage your votes from the Trader Favorites page.

Yes, all deals and promo codes listed on TradingPilot are verified and provided directly by the prop firms. If a code doesn't work, please let us know through the contact form.

Click the 'Get Deal' button on any offer to visit the firm's website, then apply the promo code during checkout. You can also click the copy icon next to the code to copy it to your clipboard.

The Prop Navigator is a quiz that matches you with firms based on your trading style, experience level, and preferences. Answer a few questions and get personalized firm recommendations.

Contact us through the contact form and select 'Prop Firm' as your category. We'll review your firm and get you set up with a profile, including your challenges, offers, and business dashboard.

Listed firms get access to a business dashboard where they can view analytics (page views, clicks, comparisons), respond to reviews, manage offers and announcements, and see who voted for them.

Yes, firm owners can reply to any review from both the business dashboard and directly on their firm's profile page. Replies are shown publicly below the review.

No, you can browse all firms, compare challenges, and read reviews without an account. An account is only required to submit reviews, vote in Trader Favorites, and access your profile.

We only use your data to provide the TradingPilot service — your profile, reviews, and votes. We don't sell personal data to third parties. Analytics are collected anonymously to improve the platform.
