A Good Concept, but Disappointing Rules

A great concept, but disappointing rules. Some of your rules seem excessive to me. 1) Exceeding the allowed number of contracts immediately fails the evaluation instead of simply rejecting the trade. I’ve been trading with you since May and have spent over $500. I simply asked for an exceptional goodwill gesture following my mistake of opening too many contracts simultaneously. Unfortunately, no effort was made. 2) The same goes for the 50/50 payout split introduced last month, which I find difficult to justify. (Please don’t tell me it’s “to help us become professional traders” lol.) 3) The dashboard has also become less practical. Previously, the remaining drawdown was clearly displayed, whereas today, we have to calculate it ourselves, why ? 😉. I failed my first evaluation because of an issue with the drawdown not updating properly on the dashboard. The support’s response was: “Check on Tradovate.” But in that case, what is the dashboard even for? In my opinion, Earn2Trade has a system that could genuinely help someone become a better trader, and a company with far more experience than some of the newer prop firms. So why adopt childish rules and TRAPS that sometimes make you look like a beginner prop firm? If we choose Earn2Trade despite your prices sometimes being higher than the competition, it’s precisely because we expect more transparency, seriousness, honesty, and professionalism. I’ll leave it at that for now. Maybe I’ll come back someday when you decide to get rid of these rules that are more fitting for a beginner prop firm.
