The system marked the reward as “Fulfilled”, but the coupon was never actually delivered (not by email, not in the dashboard, and not at checkout — only showing as “Not available”). After that, my account was reset and the 80% coupon was removed from the rewards system entirely. Despite already meeting all requirements and having the claim registered, I was instructed by support to try claiming it again, as if my previous progress did not exist. Support responses were delayed, generic, and sometimes contradictory. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the rewards system and how user issues are handled. If you are considering this platform because of promotions, be cautious. To make matters worse, I am now facing an even more serious issue with their partner/associated platform, Goat Funded Futures. I made a payment of 27.04 USDT via blockchain (BSC), and despite having public proof (TxID) that the funds reached their provider (Radom.pay), support simply claims they 'did not receive it' and closed my ticket. It is a recurring pattern: first, rewards and coupons disappear, and now, actual deposits are not acknowledged. They provide no manual verification and leave the customer at a loss. If you value your money and your time, stay away from this ecosystem. Their automated systems are broken, and their human support refuses to take responsibility for clear, proven transactions."

Extremely poor support and unreliable payment system. I paid 27.04 USDT via BSC, provided the TxID proof, but support (Pablo) claims they didn't receive it and closed my ticket without a refund. Furthermore, the rewards system is buggy—I reached 100 points for an 80% discount coupon that was never delivered, and my progress was reset. They take your money but offer no manual verification or accountability when their automated systems fail.
