Hypernova is a perpetual futures prop firm registered in the Cayman Islands (Hypernova Systems). It opened a closed alpha on 1 May 2026, raised a $3M pre-seed led by Lemniscap, and as of October 2026 its site still describes access as an invite-only closed beta. Traders take a one-step assessment on Hypernova's own web terminal, where orders fill on Hypernova's engine against Hyperliquid prices, funding rates and order books across more than 100 markets: crypto, equities, commodities, FX and indices, 24/7. Funded traders keep 80% of profits and can request a payout on demand once all positions are closed; during the alpha, payouts are capped at $10,000 of profit per day. Payouts are paid in USDC on Arbitrum by a smart contract within seconds, and every payout is publicly verifiable on-chain.
